Dr. Angelo Chinnici, M.D
Dr. Casey
has over 20 years' experience as an
Infectious Disease Specialist. Dr. Casey
currently is involved with the A-Team,
a medical group affiliated with Jersey
Shore University Medical Center that
is passionately committed to saving
the lives of men, women, and children
living in the community by providing
them with cutting-edge HIV care from
their infectious disease doctors and
staff. Casey trained and completed her
residency at the University of Medicine
and Dentistry N.J. (UMDNJ) - Rutgers.
Dr. Casey has
also been affiliated with the Robert
Wood Johnson Medical School N.J. and
with the Jersey Shore University Medical
Center. Academically, Dr. Casey has
been a full-time professor in the Department
of Medicine at UMDNJ - Robert Wood Johnson
Medical School (New Brunswick, NJ).
Dr. Casey is also the medical director
of the Monmouth County TB Clinic (Freehold,
NJ) and the Section Chief of the Infectious
Disease Section at the Department of
Medicine, Jersey Shore University Medical
Center (Neptune, NJ). Dr. Casey is a
member of numerous medical societies
and associations and the recipient of
several professional awards.
Dr. Mangia
has over 20 years experience as an expert
consultant on infectious diseases. Dr.
Mangia currently consults to a variety
of hospitals and healthcare centers
in the New Jersey area including: St.
Francis Hospital (Jersey City, NJ),
Christ Hospital (Jersey City, NJ), Department
of Veterans Affairs (Orange, NJ), Meadowlands
Hospital Medical Center (Seacaucus,
NJ), Jersey Medical Center (Jersey City,
NJ) and Greenville Hospital (Jersey
City, NJ). Additionally, since 1991
Dr. Mangia has run a full-time infectious
disease practice. His appointment
will assist the Phase I/II Study due
to commence on Amazon Biotech's Immune
Modulator Drug AMZ0026, which has IND
approval from the FDA.
Academically, Dr. Mangia has been a
full time professor on Infectious Disease
at Jersey City Medical Center (Jersey
City, NJ), Seton Hall (South Orange,
NJ), and the Veterans Affairs Medical
Center (East Orange, NJ). He completed
his medical training at the University
of Geneva, postgraduate training at
New York Methodist Hospital, and Fellowship
training at New Jersey Medical School.
Dr. Englard
is an Assistant Clinical Professor of
Medicine at Columbia College of Physicians
and Surgeons and a specialist in Immunology
and HIV medicine. For 20 years he has
been heavily involved in the AIDS Center
Program at St. Lukes/Roosevelt Hospital
Center (New York, NY) - ranging from
Fellow and Research Associate to Assistant
Director. Additionally, Dr. Englard
currently runs a private practice in
New York City. He has extensive experience
working with HIV/AIDS infected patients
and with clinical drug protocol involving
AIDS patients.
Dr. Gilbert has extensive clinical experience with HIV drugs and is affiliated with an HIV clinic in Nigeria - which is in great need of treatment because the disease is in a state of escalation in this area of the world.
Dr. Gilbert has been a consultant to the New York State Department of Health - Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Division for the past 13 years, and has been affiliated with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Bronx, NY) in various capacities including: assistant clinical professor of Medicine, assistant clinical professor of Ob/Gyn and a member of its CME Advisory Board, for over 20 years. He was Medical Director of the STD Center of Excellence at the Mt. Vernon Hospital (Mt. Vernon, NY), has worked as Physician in Charge at various clinics throughout the New York metropolitan area and, prior to this, ran an Internal Medicine private practice.
Dr. Gilbert was Medical Director for the STD Center of Excellence at Montefiore Medical Center (Bronx, NY) and has been given the prestigious designation as a World Health Organization (WHO) Expert in Human Diseases including HIV. Among his numerous accolades, Dr. Gilbert has been chosen to speak on behalf of major pharmaceutical companies such as: Pfizer and Glaxo SmithKline.
Dr. Angelo Chinnici
has been in clinical practice for over
20 years, and been affiliated with Meridian
Healthcare and the University of Medicine
and Dentistry of New Jersey for over
15 years. His affiliation with the Meridian
Healthcare has given him the opportunity
to be involved with a vast number of
HIV infected patients and be involved
with the day to day management of ooportunistic
infections and viral-load evaluations.
